"These guys really turned my Friday night around. I had made an appointment elsewhere a few days ago to get my septum re-pierced after the hole had closed up, just for them to cancel on me 4 minutes before my appointment. I called around to see if anyone had availability to squeeze me in, and this place was the first place to answer the phone and welcome me into their shop. When I walked in, the place was clean and I felt at ease. The process was efficient and the guys who were at the shop at the time were extremely sweet and personable. I genuinely appreciated the fact that they were so willing to take me as a walk-in, especially so close to close, just so I could still get my septum piercing back. The shop is also decorated AMAZINGLY, and from what I saw, their work is OUTSTANDING. I am extremely pleased with my experience and will not only be returning for a future service, but I will also be directing people here when they ask for piercing/tattoo recommendations. Absolutely incredible, would rate significantly more stars if I could."
"Amazing customer service! Jan did mine and two other friend's piercings. She listed the pros and cons of a tongue piercing (I was hesitant if I wanted to get my tongue) She was friendly, walked us through the steps and was very informative and fun to be around. "I went in to hopefully get a helix earring put back in after it had fallen out the night before from piercings I got done months ago somewhere else. There was a keloid near it so I wasn’t sure they would be able to do anything, but they figured out why it wasn’t staying in, fixed it, sent me home in 20 minutes with a new earring, and charged me next to nothing. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place!"

Tim is an excellent artist, he listens to what you are looking for with your design and will work with you until the design is perfect. He's not heavy handed while tattooing and answers any questions. I have no problems recommending him and this shop."
